📦 When will my order arrive?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Gdańsk, Poland. Typical delivery times are:

⏳ What if my order is delayed?

Yes! Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning your purchase to receive detailed instructions.
❗ What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing bonisplus@op.pl with your order details and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit.
